Groceries in Switzerland are very expensive. Today I spent $55.51 (plus a 2% fee of $1.11 for using my American credit card) for the following:

8 flour tortillas: $5.36
1 package taco seasoning: $1.57
1 bag tortilla chips: $7.30
7 oz container sour cream: $2.73
4 small yogurts: $3.15
1 can kidney beans: $1.26
1 can corn: $1.00
9 oz shredded cheese: $3.93
9 oz chicken: $12.30
3 avocados: $2.99
1 lime: $.84
1 cucumber: $1.89
2 small tomatoes: $1.26
1 bottle apple juice: $2.31
2 boxes cereal: $6.62
100 count package of napkins: $.94
