Spinach Artichoke Dip

This is a great dish that my mother-in-law and my sister-in-law Katie make regularly. It’s delicious. I’ve made a few changes to the original recipe.

2 14 oz. jars marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
10 oz. frozen spinach
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. mayo
2 c. shredded parmesan cheese (not the powdery grated in the jar, the real stuff in the tub)
1 tsp. minced garlic

Mix cream cheese, mayo, parmesan, and garlic. Drain artichokes and chop finely. Defrost spinach and drain excess water. Add to mixture. Bake in 9×13 uncovered at 350 for 25 min (till heated through). Serve warm with bread or crackers.
