Aunt Joan’s Breakfast

This recipe is from my sister-in-law Molly’s Aunt Joan. It’s delicious!

3 eggs
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. flour
pinch of salt
1/3 cube butter

Melt butter in pan. Mix ingredients and pour into pan. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes

    wow- simple, and I’m sure filling. I could see topping this with syrup- isn’t that weird? It totally makes me think about the whole sweet/savory thing. You might mix bacon crumbles in there too. Mmmm… Using this fo sho. 😉
