Peach Pie

I know everyone thinks their mom makes the best peach pie, but my mom really does. This pie is amazing.

1 c. sugar
1/3 c. less 1 T. flour
1/2 t. cinnamon
4 c. fresh sliced peaches
1 1/2 T. butter

Mix sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Stir mixture lightly through fruit. Pour into bottom crust. Dot with butter. Cover with top crust. Vent, seal, and flute. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 425 for 35-45 minutes until nicely browned.
