This is a pioneer woman recipe.
3 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
1 tbsp. crisco
Melt 3 oz. semi-sweet chocolate and 1 tbsp. crisco together until smooth. Spread mixture very thinly on the back of a cookie sheet. Freeze for about 5 minutes. Remove from freezer and use the back of a sharp-edged spatula to scrape the chocolate from the cookie sheet into curls. If it doesn’t curl, let softened a few minutes and try again. The chocolate needs to be cold, but not too frozen in order to curl.
